Cancellation Policy

You may cancel twenty one days in advance to receive a full refund. After the twenty one days are past your deposit will be not be refunded. If cancelled before the twenty one days you will have the option to reschedule for a better day. Same policy goes for the shared Charter Trips. A full deposit is needed to secure a spot on the boat for the whole day.

What if the Captain cancels the trip?

The Captain will reschedule the trip for smoother weather. The Captain will give the customer a call a few days out to determine if the trip will still leave the dock. If the trip can not be rescheduled the deposit will be given back with no penalty.
